Do I need to know how to code?
No. You connect your platforms from the dashboard, set up the agent with a step-by-step wizard, and to install the chat you paste one line on your site (or in a WordPress header plugin).
Can the agent make up prices or products?
It's built not to: it searches your store before talking about price or stock, and if it can't find something, it says so. Information from the web is only used for technical specs, never for price or stock.
What if a question needs a person?
The agent asks for a name and WhatsApp, notifies your team by email and pauses. You reply from the dashboard and the customer sees your answer in the same chat. When you're done, you hand it back to the agent.
Which AI model does it use?
Whichever you choose: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, NVIDIA, Cloudflare or your own server. You use your own keys, they're stored encrypted, and you can test each model before using it.
Can it make changes to my store without permission?
